Terms and Conditions for Little Larks Barn (B&B).

1. General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Little Larks Barn. By making a booking, guests agree to abide by these terms. 1.2. The B&B reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. 2.2. We accept payment via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal]. 2.3. Full payment must be made [specify deadline, e.g., on arrival or in advance].

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. 3.2. Cancellations made within [e.g., 7 days] of arrival will be charged [e.g., 50% of the booking fee]. 3.3. No-shows or cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged in full. 3.4. Refunds will be processed within [e.g., 7 business days].

4. Check-In and Check-Out
4.1. Check-in is available from 14.00. Early or late check-in must be arranged in advance. 4.2. Check-out is by 11.00. Late check-out may incur an additional fee.

5. House Rules
5.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Designated smoking areas are available outside. 5.2. No pets are allowed unless agreed upon in advance for a booking fee of £15.00 per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the beds and sofas. 5.3. Guests must respect noise levels, especially during quiet hours. 5.4. Any damage to property must be reported immediately. Guests may be liable for repair costs.

6. Liability and Personal Belongings
6.1. The B&B is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of guests’ personal belongings. 6.2. Guests use all facilities at their own risk.

7. Complaints and Disputes
7.1. Any complaints should be reported to management as soon as possible. 7.2. The B&B will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair manner.

8. Privacy Policy
8.1. Personal information provided by guests will be used solely for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.

9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England.
