Little Larks Barn offers free secure private parking on the shared drive next door to the owner’s home, with beautiful surrounding gardens, a tennis court, and complimentary WiFi. This stylish exclusive-use accommodation provides a large open-plan galleried sitting room with a Samsung smart TV, and kitchen with Bosch dishwasher & fridge, Miele oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. There are double doors opening out onto the large patio area overlooking a beautiful paddock with an avenue of large lime trees.
There is a separate bedroom with a super king bed with beautiful White Company bedding also with double doors opening onto the patio with lovely views of the paddock beyond. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower, WC, and basin with Molton Brown toiletries and robes for your use. Upstairs is a mezzanine area with a day bed that can be utilised for one adult or child. (Using the ensuite bathroom to the master suite). Linen, Designers Guild towels & a hairdryer are provided. A travel cot can be arranged on request. Little Larks has a strict no-smoking/ vaping policy.
A delicious breakfast hamper is offered including fresh bread, organic free-range eggs, organic granola, organic yogurts, fresh orange juice, jams, marmalade, honey, and organic butter. Other additions such as bacon, sausages, etc can also be added on request with a small additional charge. Tea and coffee-making facilities are also provided with a jug of fresh milk in the fridge. Catharine will give you a warm welcome to Little Larks Barn and will go the extra mile to help make your stay a truly memorable one, whilst ensuring you enjoy privacy in the beautiful surroundings.
