Little Larks Barn offers free secure private parking on the shared drive next door to the owner’s home, with beautiful surrounding gardens, a tennis court, and complimentary WiFi. This stylish exclusive-use accommodation provides a large open-plan galleried sitting room with a Samsung smart TV, and kitchen with Bosch dishwasher & fridge, Miele oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. There are double doors opening out onto the large patio area overlooking a beautiful paddock with an avenue of large lime trees.
There is a separate bedroom with a super king bed with beautiful White Company bedding also with double doors opening onto the patio with lovely views of the paddock beyond. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom consisting of a walk-in shower, WC, and basin with Molton Brown toiletries and robes and slippers for your use. Upstairs is a mezzanine area with a day bed that can be utilised for one adult or child. (Using the ensuite bathroom to the master suite). Linen, Designers Guild towels & a hairdryer are provided. A travel cot can be arranged on request. Little Larks has a strict no-smoking/ vaping policy.

Wow. Incredible Stay
From the moment I arrived, everything about this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. It ticked all the boxes: comfort, cleanliness, style, and thoughtful touches everywhere. The atmosphere made me feel instantly at home, and I wished I could have stayed longer. A truly memorable experience that I’d recommend to anyone without hesitation. The most exquisite barn that I've ever stayed in.

Fell in love with Little Larks Barn, felt like home. Beautifully decorated with everything in there you would need and more.
Loved waking up and seeing the rabbits running around. Catherine was amazing from start to finish and recommended some great pubs in the area for a roast.

Little Larks Barn was the perfect and peaceful getaway we needed. We really enjoyed our time here—the calm of the natural surroundings was tranquil. The place was spotless, cozy and thoughtfully decorated with all the amenities we needed. Catharine was a gracious and welcoming host, always quick to respond and happy to help.
